When we got to Brisas Santa Lucia the weather was a bit cooler then usual, and since they repainted the pool and filed it with fresh water it wasn't warm yet. For a day, or two. But no rain, (or snow). Staff at the resort was very friendly, I had my coffee ready very quickly every morning as soon as I showed up at the coffee bar, room was cleaned properly every day, and food was just like any other Cuban resort. This year there was no disco there, like last time I was at Santa Lucia in 2000. Quatro Vientos, as it was called then, was hot spot. We had to go to the other resorts for that kind of entertainment...If you wonder about the evening shows at our resort; sometimes you have to understand the Cuban humor, but I liked it. I had watched these Cubans buying their ceiling fan. It took them just about one hour. They literally took it apart and put it back together, before buying it. I guess there is no return policy.
